OneReg enters the airline sector with Air New Zealand Engineering

OneReg has gone live across Air New Zealand’s Engineering division, signalling a major step from airport deployments into enterprise airline operations. The rollout puts core policies, processes, and airworthiness documentation into a live, audit-ready environment - improving control, traceability, and the speed of compliant change across complex fleets and procedures.

Air New Zealand’s Maintenance division is planned to transition later this year, underscoring momentum for airline-scale adoption.

“By digitising what was once a paper-heavy process, we can complete compliance requirements in a fraction of the time,” says Andrew Hewitt, General Manager Engineering, Air New Zealand.

With airlines seeking tighter governance and faster regulatory updates, OneReg’s dynamic approach helps reduce manual effort and error while maintaining continuous compliance - creating the foundation for more transparent data flows between airlines, airports, and regulators.
